"Talent" Immigration

For top professionals, artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and executives, the O-1 and EB visa categories provide a pathway to living and working in the United States based on extraordinary ability and achievement.

The O-1 visa offers a fast and flexible option for individuals at the top of their field seeking to work temporarily in the United States, while the EB-1 and EB-2 immigrant visa categories offer a long-term solution for those prepared to make the U.S. their permanent home. Whether you are a visionary founder, senior executive, scientist, professional athlete, or accomplished artist, these categories are reserved for the world’s top talent—individuals whose work drives innovation, growth, and impact.

Visas based on extraordinary ability are among the most demanding to obtain under U.S. immigration law, and experienced legal representation is essential throughout the process. At Allen Pavlow, you are in highly capable hands—we have successfully secured these visas for accomplished entrepreneurs (including leaders in AI and IT), world-class musicians, professional athletes and coaches, actors, designers, and other distinguished professionals.

EB-1A Green Card of Extraordinary Ability

The EB-1A green card is a permanent immigration option for individuals who can demonstrate extraordinary ability and sustained national or international recognition in the sciences, business, education, the arts, or athletics. Similar to the O-1 visa but subject to more stringent standards, the EB-1A category does not require a U.S. employer, making it a preferred option for high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs.

The EB-2 Green Card: Advanced Degree or Exceptional Ability (NIW)

The EB-2 with National Interest Waiver (NIW) allows professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability to pursue a green card without a job offer where their proposed work has the potential to substantially benefit the national interests of the United States. This category is well suited for innovative entrepreneurs and highly skilled professionals whose work offers broad economic, social, or technological impact.
