Jordan Daniel Pavlow is a U.S. trademark attorney admitted in California. His practice focuses on helping domestic and international clients protect, manage, and enforce trademark rights in the United States.
Jordan's background includes practice with a Miami-headquartered international law firm and Markavo, where he helped develop growing U.S. trademark practices. In these roles, he gained significant experience preparing and filing U.S. trademark applications, responding to USPTO Office Actions, and advising clients on brand protection strategy.
Jordan has successfully handled thousands of U.S. trademark matters, including federal trademark applications, Office Action responses, renewals, assignments, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, including oppositions and cancellations.
Outside his practice, Jordan is engaged with the evolving intersection of technology and law as a member of LexDAO, a collective of legal engineers building open-source tools and standards for blockchain-based legal agreements. He is also active in the international IP community through the International Trademark Association and the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association. Closer to home, Jordan serves as a panel attorney for the AIDS Legal Referral Panel and California Lawyers for the Arts, providing pro bono legal services to underrepresented communities.
