Tyler's Legal Background
Tyler began his career under a prominent immigration litigator, handling high-stakes asylum, appellate, and federal court matters, including a challenge to a fraudulent INTERPOL Red Notice. Building on this foundation, he shifted from humanitarian immigration to focus full-time on talent, investment, and business immigration, advising entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and internationally recognized artists and public figures worldwide.ā

Since then, Tyler has personally prepared numerous E-2 "Treaty Investor" visa applications submitted to U.S. Consulates around the world, including Toronto, Buenos Aires, Santiago, San José, and Madrid, and has maintained a robust corporate immigration practice representing multinational companies in L-1 intracompany transferee matters. Accordingly, Tyler prefers to represent a few high quality clients at a time rather than have a volume practice, and prides himself on the quality of his legal work above all else. Tyler likes to work intimately and methodically with dedicated hands-on clients, in order to produce the absolute best case possible.
