The O-1 Visa of Extraordinary Ability

One of the visas we handle most frequently at Allen Pavlow, the O-1 visa is a temporary U.S. work visa for individuals who can demonstrate extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. It’s ideal for top entrepreneurs, executives, researchers, artists, athletes, musicians, and other high achievers who can show they’re among the best in their field.
The O-1 can be prepared and processed relatively quickly through Premium Processing, and often serves as a natural stepping stone toward a Green Card through the EB-1A “Extraordinary Ability” category.
Because eligibility depends on individual accomplishments, each case is highly unique—but we have successfully helped numerous top entrepreneurs, athletes, coaches, artists, scientists, and executives across many industries to qualify for this prestigious visa.
